We currently deliver within selected areas in Malaysia.

  • Delivery availability may vary based on location
  • If your area is not covered, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist

Delivery Schedule

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
  • Delivery will be arranged within 2–7 business days after processing

Delivery days and time slots may vary depending on location and logistics.


Shipping Method

Our meals are:

  • Freshly prepared and frozen
  • Packed in insulated packaging to maintain temperature during transit

We aim to ensure your order arrives in a safe, chilled or frozen condition.


Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order size
  • Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain quantity or value (as stated at checkout)

Receiving Your Order (Very Important)

As our products are perishable, customers must:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
  • Immediately transfer items into a freezer upon arrival

We are not responsible for product spoilage if:

  • Delivery is unattended
  • Items are not stored properly after delivery

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No one available to receive the order
  • Incorrect address or contact details

We may:

  • Reschedule delivery (additional fees may apply), or
  • Cancel the order without refund if the product is compromised

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or logistical issues
  • Courier-related disruptions

We will do our best to keep you informed, but we are not liable for delays beyond our control.


Condition Upon Arrival

It is normal for products to arrive:

  • Frozen or partially thawed (slightly soft but still cold)

This does not affect product safety as long as the food is still chilled.

If your order arrives:

  • Fully thawed and warm
  • Damaged or leaking

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 24 hours with photo evidence.
